About Emily Windsnap and the Pirate Prince
I wanted to write about a pirate prince ever since my publicist in America mentioned the idea. I was immediately inspired and spent a year having fantastic research trips on tall ships.
In Emily’s eighth book, she is plunged into another adventure when the cruise ship she is on is overtaken by a pirate king. The pirates capture her boyfriend, Aaron, to help guide them to the legendary Trident’s Treasure. Diving into action, Emily joins the pirate king’s younger son’s crew in order to save Aaron.
But while experiencing the pirate life and helping unravel clues to the treasure, Emily is surprised to find herself bonding with the crew, especially Sam, the pirate king’s son. Will she cast aside her mermaid life to join her new friends, or will she find a way to follow her own path?
