Liz Kessler writes books for children and Young Adults. Her books for Middle Grade readers (ages 8 to 14) are about mermaids (the Emily Windsnap series), fairies (the Philippa Fisher series) time travel (North of Nowhere and A year Without Autumn) and superpowers (Has Anyone Seen Jessica Jenkins). Her books for early readers (aged between 4 and 7) are about Pirate Dogs (the Poppy the Pirate Dog series) and she is soon going to publish the first book about the adventures of a Shetland Pony. Her most recent book is for Young Adults, and is about coming of age, falling in love and coming out. Read Me Like A Book is published on 14th May 2015.
